BOTH sides have until August 6, 2010 to plead whether or not a "stay" on new LGBT marriages should be allowed. This seems odd, considering the ruling, but one step at a time, kiddos! Remember, this guy was appointed by both Reagan & Bush, and he STILL ruled this way. So, figure that one out FIRST, and then get back to us...
