Now that the shock value of the Gaga has begun to wind down, does she have substance and staying power? Yes, she is a consummate artist who writes her own music, can play an actual set of various instruments, and can sing live well - while performing in difficult, elaborate stage settings. Thoughts? According to MTV News, the video is inspired by Quentin Tarantino's glamorous brand of violence and features Beyonce breaking Gaga out of jail.
