Darren Hayes Working on New Album.
The fantastic double album This Delicate Thing We've Made, from the now out-and-married (in the UK) Darren Hayes, of former Savage Garden fame, is hard at work on the production phase of his new album. Known for his embrace of the new social media networks becuase he now produces and publishes via his own, independent music label, Powdered Sugar Records, he has released his first vlog about the new, upcoming album. He is also well known for silly vlogs, everything from covering Madonna songs (sometimes sounding better than her with no backup at all, just his own voice), to hand puppets...yes, hand puppets.
Darren records in his own studio at home. He lives in Notting Hill with his husband, Richard Cullen, who animated and/or directed the live-action of many of the music videos from the last double album.
