The Attorney General of MA has filed a lawsuit on behalf of 16,000 GLBT married couples seeking EQUAL FEDERAL benefits. Essentially, the attorney general is challenging the "Defense of arriage Act," or D.O.M.A. - one of the banes of our existence here in the USA.
