Hello fans,

for those in the Ft. Lauderdale area, we need to inform you that the advertisement placed in the 411 Magazine weekly that you see below is a FRAUD. We are sorry, but it's not the magazine's fault, they generally accept that the ads they receive have already been vetted before they get them, and their contracts absolve them of this liability - and rightly so.

Here's what's happened:

Firstly, Ms. Gltz Glamour and Disco Dollie, formerly "Lady Ivy," were never invited in any way to participate at JetSet Nightclub's China White Reunion Party. So, to all the people who have flooded us with emails and phone calls in fun anticipation of their arrival, we are sorry to inform you that this is not the case.

Secondly, "Miss Cori" who designed the ad (CPR Designs), downloaded a photo from this website without our consent, to use in the advertisement. This is a violation of copyright law, both for the owner of this site, and the individual who photographed Ms. Glitz Glamour at the Hotel Victor on South Beach on Halloween for Edison Farrow's promotional night with Ms. Amanda Lepore.

Thirdly, these photos also violate V.A.R.A. - the Visual Artists Rights Act of 1990. As well as the Moral Rights of the aforementioned performance artists. (See more here: Moral Rights)

So if you are headed to JetSet Night Club and expecting to see the return of Ms. Glitz Glamour and Disco Dollie, we're sorry to disappoint you, but this was not our doing. The makers of these ads quite often steal other designs and photos quite glaringly obvious in violation of a number of laws - and this time they stepped over the line and we're working to control the damage.

If and when we are performing at an event (or you see an ad saying we are), you can find out for sure from this website, and this website only.
