Noah’s Arc, now to be a feature…
For those of you who were disappointed with the cancellation of the groundbreaking "Noah's Arc," and its season 2 cliffhanger (which had soap opera cliche written all over it, but it was so delicious one must admit)...here's some news:
LOS ANGELES (Hollywood Reporter) - MTV Networks' gay-themed cable channel Logo on Thursday gave the green light to a feature film based on its popular series "Noah's Arc."
"Noah's Arc: Jumping the Broom" will revolve around four black gay friends living in Los Angeles, and will pick up where the series' second-season cliff-hanger left off.
Darryl Stephens, Doug Spearman, Rodney Chester and Christian Vincent will star. Series creator Patrik-Ian Polk will direct. Distribution plans for the film, which begins shooting in March in Canada, have not been announced.
